This is our first workshop in the beautiful 3000 sq. ft. indoor space at Eagle Bay Sanctuary in Dexter NY! It will be focused on providing beginner to intermediate skills with handmade professional dance hoops. Join Isis and FloFox of Fire Magick, and begin/enhance your journey in the flow arts! Hoop dance is an amazing, beneficial activity. It is a route to full balance between the body, mind, and spirit. A fabulous way to get fit, have fun, and challenge yourself. This workshop is an introductory event that is meant to gain interest for upcoming weekly classes. Beware, hoop dance is addicting...but its a great habit! Lets build the local hoop community together!

Learn all the basics with Isis & FloFox!
You create your own class structure from the beginning when you choose which prop(s) you
would like to focus on and build skills with. We will allow your natural interests to shape the course of your training! Covering basic to intermediate technique, sequences, and dance flow.
Props include; Hoop, Staff, Fans, Flow Wand, Devil Sticks, Poi, Orb, Dragon Staff, and Rope Dart.
